May 22, 2019, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Salon 10/11
As a CNP professional you are acutely aware of one fact: fraud is always evolving. Accordingly we must ask ourselves if our fraud prevention efforts are evolving alongside the fraud they're intended to defend against. More complex types of payment fraud coupled with new forms of abuse like ATO and content abuse have now forced our industry to focus on a more holistic approach. Merchants need to be prepared to handle the increasing number of responsibilities they'll be asked to cover as a result. This session will cover:
• How fraud has changed in the past 5 years and where is it headed in the next 2-3 years
• Challenges that face merchants today at scale
• The benefits of adopting a Trust and Safety mindset
